http://www.mimirunsusa.com/track-mimi/Hey Mimi! You can now take that ridiculous statement off the bottom of your page:
"The tracker’s “speed†is only estimated, based on accelerometer reading from each location update, and not an averaged mph reading. The tracker relies on the availability of 2g and/or 3g networks to transmit the location data. All times are in GMT."
Correct? That is, if you are now actually using one of the Garmin devices that can log up to 1 data point per second. Did you really get a Garmin Inreach, or did your team spoof it to still be able to use the lousy RaceDrone tracker?
This is the real deal. Things will be much clearer from now on.

As I'd hope you'd understand this has taken a couple of days to set up and get linked in to the website properly. Mimi's team are busy enough trying to look after her so it has been a little longer than they'd like but the concerns have been taken on board.
They positively encourage guests to join them so please guys, if you are anywhere near get out there. Post it to your running clubs fb pages, post it to nearby clubs pages. Ask on forums, ask anyone you know who might know someone. By all means check everything, examine the data

+100000 Outstanding!
Why are you deleting everything on URC?
You're screwed. Mimi's proving she is Supergran and you've just been royally shagged.
This is a great improvement!
But you have to wonder why she didn't use it from the start. Sadly, this can't repair the damage done due to the complete lack of transparency in the first part of the run.
She still can go for the Kansas-NY world record.
Should you want it, here is Mimi's (final?) Racedrone GPX through to ~11.30pm PST 09-27-17: https://file.io/Mq0Nds

Mimi posted her Strava about one hour after her run finished. 4x Sandy's time.
She had another pair of runs very close to the same distance she has covered in prior runs. Add 93.3 km to her total distance; 58.0 miles.
You are too focused on "how long did it take her to post the data, she must be cheating".
Best practice (ie Gold Standard):
- finish run
- take shower
- sit with feet up
- while eating dinner / rehydrating:
* upload the day's data
* check phone / texts / email / social media
Recovery is crucial. After all, tomorrow is another DAY of running.
It would be foolish to immediately upload the data within minutes of finishing just to appease the trolls.
As to whether Mimi is cheating, I would need to watch her for a few days. Perhaps with a few friends?
She's moving a little more slowly this morning at around 13:30 / mile. I'm comparing this to the speeds from her Strava morning runs, not the inaccurate speeds from the previous trackers. I wonder if she's not feeling it as much today. Hopefully the team has insulated her from the negativity. A lot of these problems fall on them.

I think their follow-thru to quickly rectify the problem after they realized their goof speaks legions. Couple that with her pedigree (i know, but still) and even video evidence you have unearthed, and one realizes that there is something special here.
I'm quite intrigued by the rookie, Sandi Vi, too. We have a race in progress!

No silly, Mimi shouldn't be doing anything with uploads and social media. That's what the team is for!
Your ignorant post indicates you didn't read the previous pages of explanation as to why it is the REALTIME TRACKING instead of the Strava, that is the most crucial in verification of the effort. Without having REALTIME tracking of utmost integrity (which Mimi's team did not have until now, whereby they admitted as much, and said their realtime tracker was only for occasional position fixing), then one is left to know recourse but to rely upon inferior Strava data. That is why it was crucial to have the Strava loaded up ASAP. Now that Mimi has a high quality tracker, the tracker data IS being uploaded (where it can be readily assessed for review) ASAP.
Sorry ULT, maybe my previous post was a little too harsh.

^Yes, impartial observing IS the Gold Standard. But short of that, all we have is their uploaded data.
