Why would he delete it? I'm thinking maybe because it wasn't his own hamstring.
How can we figure this out?

There's no sense to delete it, as the Internet never forgets (at least currently: once the GTFM and CloudFlare crew start memory-holing "inconvenient" things, it's anyone's guess).
IF YOU FAKE THE TWEET, YOU MUST DELETE.
Why did he pull his shorts up? How does that help? Other than to check for a bruise.

I'm thinking because Bolt was advised/remembered that it's terrible for your public appearance to be seen to be engaging with stupid Twitter trolls (everyone on this board).
In the real world, the one where companies exist and money is made, Twitter is better used for advertising your latest ventures. Such as his poker thing.
Bolt is retired now, he can't use the track to silence critics and make the back page headlines about himself. He intends to use his public profile to continue making money and getting involved in business.

All part of the act? 🤔
Because he said that he injured his LEFT hamstring but the picture of the MRI he claimed to be his shows a RIGHT hamstring. I still have screen shots of the image. I created a thread about this the same day, but the Brojo's deleted it. Anyway see below reference from dailymail.

Because they are in on it.
Clearly you're not a doctor, because if you were, you would see that the image you posted is a left hamstring in a coronal plane in anatomic position. With anatomic position, you're looking directly at the patient, so left and right are flipped.Every health-sciences student with 5 minutes of training knows this.http://www.mananatomy.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Anatomical-Position.gif

Really? From the position you allege the image will show the quadriceps muscles not the hamstring, the hamstring lies posterior which is exactly what the image shows. Try again amateur.

He then walked off the track with his left short leg pulled up. I noticed it at the time and figured it was to 'show' the spectators and TV audience that he had injured his left leg.
Symptomatic of his career. Lying and cheating until the very end.

It's an MRI. It can show an image that is simply a slice of the muscle, can be from any side. It has no problems ignoring the skin, quadriceps, bone and showing a slice of the hamstring below.
And exthrower is a fcking moron. Anyone would do well to produce an x-ray of a muscle. Retard.

However, that could be explained by an alternate hypothesis that the apparel companies have saturated the market with long shorts and are preparing to reverse male fashion to short shorts again, and paid Bolt to help advertise it.
There was a lot of evidence for this, including Team USA in 1-inch splits and even Japan in short spandex.
You all really need to find some new pastimes.
