Here's the trans-marathoner's selfie taken before the marathon, I know a few people have been asking to see it:

What happened to the cell phone and headphones? His shorts pockets are empty at the finish line... oh, right, he left them in the car when he parked near the finish.

Great work! Looks to be a fair and objective analysis of the photo evidence. So the probability Rossi ran the race just from the photo evidence is 1/half million. That probability does not take into account his previous race results that show he was no where capable of running a 3:11. Awesome job!
I believe this would qualify as additional conclusive information. "Therefore the LVHN Via Marathon Committee concluded that Rossi will not be disqualified unless additional conclusive information arises in the future."

And this is what I call conclusive information!
Excellent work!
Can someone send this video to Hal Higdon and the Boston organizers?
RD, do your job.
We have confirmation that Bob Palio is completely up on everything Mike Rossi has done. He is aware of all the bullying of the principal. He knows Mike cheated. And even knows about this forum. Whether he's actually reading it there is no way to tell.
What I know for sure is that all the teachers in the school district where my girlfriend teachers know about this and will never recommend East Coast to anybody. And I'm sure they have talked and spread the word to other school districts as well. In fact, East Coast was the DJ at their prom last year, but not this year, and obviously never again.
Mike can go around thinking this is only 9 people who are angry with him. But I have a feeling we're all going to have a last laugh at his expense.
Actually, we already have - haven't we?
So, based on the starting line pic, we can see that he is wearing the same hat and more importantly shirt as in the finish line shot. That means his bib should have been clearly visible (as it is at the finish) throughout the race. He can't claim, "I don't appear in pics because they couldn't see my bib".
Nothing we don't already know and I'm preaching to the choir here but one more thing to mention to clueless holdouts. There is no possible way he completed the course and didn't get photographed.
I wonder what he did with the headphones between the start and finish. Probably left them in the car.

Thank you for your interest in the 2015 Lehigh Valley Marathon. We have great sponsors and a great race. And, per your question, we will have photographers on course.
Thank you.
LVM RD (content cleared by Mike Rossi's slimy lawyer).
If Rossi removed his bib in order to sneak off the course undetected (as most have stated), it is unlikely that he could put it in the same place as before when he re-pinned it.
It looks to me like it is at the exact same place at both the start and finish when measured.

They really wrote this? If so, what a joke!
The video with the photographic evidence needs to be sent to Lehigh Valley Health Network and the other race sponsors. Let them know that, if there is no DQ prior to the race, a protest will be organized, where runners will Rossi the course together and run an American or World Record. Local media will also be contacted to cover this stunt, along with the resulting controversy, and will be provided with all of the evidence that has been obtained and put into easily digestible format on this thread.
The resulting mess is not going to look good for the marathon or the sponsors.
I don't have a Facebook account, so I can't post to their wall. I'm hoping somebody else will let them know what's going on. I may email Lehigh Valley Health Network.
how do you not have a FB account?

I prefer to have as little personal information about myself on the internet as possible. To each their own.
you just need to set up a fake email address and put no other info in
if you do I'll send you pics I am pretty sexy for a 70 year old grandma

I looked up Barb McKeever's race results on athlinks and she is much slower than even Rossi (can't break 2 hours for a half marathon for example). One of her results is from something called "Ugly Mudder". Too bad that she can't start RDing tough mudder or color run races, where everybody's a winner and nobody cares about the integrity of the race's results.
She obviously doesn't belong at the head of a marathon that is Boston certified if she is unwilling to DQ the most obvious of cheats like Rossi. If the sponsors don't force her to step down, then I sure hope that Boston takes notice and no longer accepts "qualifiers" from Lehigh Valley.
I agree with you
Barb McKeever and Lisa Walkiewicz - basically both non-runners who don't understand out sport.
BAA doesn't care
USATF doesn't care

Where do you see a start photo with a bib?
Yea, exactly this, or do it with one person and have a 2:20 guy or faster enter the race and run at world record pace to pull away from the pack. Then just get off the course when no one can see you and drive to another secluded point towards the end and continue running world record pace, finish with like a sub 2:00 and see if they DQ you and give the same reason they did for not DQ'ing Rossi.
Either that or everyone just boycott the race all together.
I was actually thinking of attending the race this year. The sponsors and racers aren't at fault. But I'm sure I can come up with some signs to let the RD know my thoughts.
MR looks pretty sweaty in this picture. Is that a fanny pack he is wearing and who took this picture and the picture at the start? He did not have his phone at the end of the race but did at the start. Has he ever said who was with him..

So that is what a loser who ran 2.5 miles looks like.
He looks so stupid.

The sponsors ARE indirectly at fault to some extent. Money talks. If the sponsors took their money to some other, more worthy, event, the marathon would be forced to change its policies regarding obvious cheating.
Individuals can also choose to boycott the race in order to express their opinion, but I think that the best course of action is to target the main sponsors.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
