Countdown is on their website.
I'm confused.
I'm on Pacific time. Dubai is 12 hours ahead of Pacific time.
The Dubai website says the race starts at 7:00 AM Friday, which should be 7 PM Pacific time, which is less than 2 hours from now.
http://www.dubaimarathon.org/race-info/general-info/
But the countdown clock on the main Dubai Marathon homepage says the race is 13 hours and 46 minutes away, which would mean the race is 7 AM Pacific time, or 7 PM in Dubai on Friday night.
Which is it???
I can't imagine them racing at 7 PM at night, but why is the countdown clock 12 hours off?

The countdown clock is based on some client-side JavaScript that reads your computer's clock. It is 7 am local / 7 pm Pacific.
