Anyone have any experiences with posterior tibial injuries?
I injured mine a couple weeks ago and it's not that bad when I'm not running and sometimes it even feels normal but as soon as I start running, it flares up again.
It's so frustrating because I've already missed so many weeks due to this and it seems like it's never going to heal.
Any tips, advice, stories from anyone who's dealed with this would be great. Also, how do you differentiate between tendonitis and PTTD?
