Other prs ?
4:36 mile
10:02 2mile
56 400m
Uh... You should talk to your coach and ask him what your goals should be. But if you want to know my opinion, I would focus on the outside in. Set a goal of 9:45 for the 2 mile, 53 to 54 for the 400m. You are currently stronger than you are fast. Getting that 400 time down a bit while working on the strength you have of endurance should get you to run sub 4:30 and 2:01 range along the way.

Going into my senior year of track my PRs:
1600 - 4:54, 800 - 2:07, 400: 61 (never ran it in a meet)
Ran 4:43, 2:01 and 57 as my PRs my senior season.
Did more base training before my senior season and had a little bit better coaching. Peaked at just the right time. I'd say if you don't burn out too soon and train smart, you could probably run 2:00-2:01, maybe even faster.
1:59-2:02
Just try and get your 400 under 55 sec and you should be able to break 2 because of the endurance you have.
How many times did you race the 800?

I'll one-up this: I ran 56-7, 2:05, 4:40, 10:20 my jr year. senior year went 53.5, 1:57, 4:32, 10:03. Just train hard and shoot for PR's at the right time. Just train hard and smart, worry about goals when you actually start track training.

I'll one up this. I went from freshman
400 - 56
800 -2:10
1600- 5:08
3200 - 12:18
to sophmore
400 - 52
800 - 2:00
1600 - 4:50
3200 - 11:24
For the OP-I didn't say it explicitly but I had already been training seriously for 2 years prior to this jump, that's why I thought it was more noteworthy. Just stay committed to your coach's plan and I'm sure it'll fall into place

Dear god, why did you even run the 2 mile? Were you using it as your weekly long run? Those times look like you took a decent hs 400 runner and made him run the 8, 16, and 32 just as punishment.
I'll one up this lol
As a freshman:
400 -67
800-2:28
1600-5:14
3200-11:17
To sophomore year:
400-56
800-2:05
1600-4:36
3200-10:02
And also i only ran the 800 prob around 3 or 4 times
I ran the 3200 once. yeah when I found out I was running the 32 only at that meet, I was thinking what did I do wrong.
One other thing that might help:
Before I ran my 2:01, I had been running 2:09-2:11 all season. I ran 2:06(PR) at district, 2:04 at area and then 2:01 at regionals. I think the reason I ran so much faster at the end of the season was because I had to. I knew if I wanted to keep racing that there were marks I had to set. If I had gone into other races earlier in the season with the same mindset, I think I may have progressed earlier in the season, maybe even broken 2:00. Just take every race seriously and race like its the state meet. That being said, don't burnout. The early season races don't actually matter that much. certainly not as much as postseason meets do. Regardless, good luck this season!
