Brie Felnagle did not wear the same uniform as the rest of her team. Look at the pictures. All-Star teams are not allowed.

Who?
Their 3rd finisher.
I'm not sure I understand.
It is a shame that BROOKS gets no credit for this victory. It will not say Brooks anywhere in the results because they made the decision to use an Adidas athlete.
For a moment I thought you asked why the "breasts" were not DQ'd.
If that's what you're asking the answer might be dependent on how nice there were. Pics?
Too large gives the obvious unfair advantage when a photo finish is needed to pick a winner.

Which guy here is going to DQ the team for whom the #2 and #3 finishers are:
Angela Bizzarri
Brie Felnagle
??
And if you do, we'll have to find out if you have a pulse.

All-Star teams refers to athletes who live in different Associations. All of the Beasts really do live in western WA.
As far as her uniform, I had to feed a whiny troll, but I think it's worth addressing.
She would not have been DQ'd for her uniform not matching enough, the punishment would have been to not score (and since they had no 6th girl this would essentially DQ the team).
I left after the men's race and drove back to Seattle, have not spoken with anyone from the race. My GUESS is that no one protested her uniform.
My personal opinion is that her uniform was borderline, and if there had been a protest, it could have gone either way.
At the technical meeting it was emphasized that they weren't going to be nitpicky about uniforms. Only the top matters, and it needs to be the same color, but different shades of the color are OK (you have a lot of teams who end up with slight variations from year to year). Small personal sponsor logos are not a big deal. The big club logo is a big deal, but the Beasts were just wearing sports bra tops, so their bib number covered any larger chest logos.
The intent of the rule is that if you are looking at the team, being able to tell they are on the same team. In the case of the Beasts, without the purple headbands, my personal opinion is that you could not tell just by looking that they are the same team. I don't know whether or not the Games Committee would have considered the headbands if the issue had been raised.
They recognize that athletes have different sponsors. My guess is they probably would have been inclined to rule in favor of the Beasts, given their circumstances and the effort he team put into matching. But I don't know, I wasn't on the Games Committee.
Fine accept that Brie was wearing the same Adidas uniform as others in the race but not the same as her teammates. Yes both are yellow but the purpose of SIMILAR uniforms is to be able to tell who is on who's team. Whatever.
If you think you can run harder because another runner is on a certain team, then you aren't running hard enough in the first place.
Having a problem with uniforms is beyond STUPID.
