Austrian elite middle/long distance runner and Olympian (3:36 1500) Andreas Vojta claims an inofficial solo 28:28 road 10k TT run on the Kipchoge course (Hauptallee) with a battle weight of 79kg/174 lbs, at 189cm/6'2". This is significantly heavier/higher BMI than Solinsky and Mottram.
In an interview, he said he is too heavy atm, and that his ideal racing weight would be 76-77k (168-170 lbs).
While this is definitely an outstanding performance for a 174 lbs guy, I'm wondering why Solinsky and Mottram look "heavier" despite officially weighing less. Does the Austrian runner just have heavy bones? Or he got more muscles that are heavier than fat? Or do you think his scale was a few lbs/kg off?

I'm not questioning the performance, but rather interested in why his BMI is supposed to be higher than Mottram and Solinsky even though they looked a lot bulkier.
