87 miles is really strong. I know you will have no problem hitting 100. As you are building up steadily you could probably sit at 100 for at least a few weeks. Do you plan on doing a time trial? Maybe some time trail races on the track. You could set some PRs in a 5000 or 10000.

It's funny that you mention time trials because I actually just did one last Wednesday and I was able to set a PR in the 5k! Finished in 17:50 which was the first time I was able to dip under 18. It felt great and I think the increased volume is helping me!
Also plan to do a half marathon TT in a few weeks, my goal is to run under 1:24 which would be another PR!
