My jaw would smack the floor if I ran those times. But then again, I havent raced in a while.
Difficult to guess with 90 seconds rest. 60s rest makes guessing much easier. I have had athletes who have had athletes run 80 seconds per quarter run 5:00. I have had runners run 75 seconds who have couldn't run under 5:10.
My guess is that you could probably run between 4:50 and 5:00? Maybe faster and slower.
Closer to 4:50 than to 5:00 imo
using completely sound logic, if we put some nice chicks lined up along the whole track then you’ll be running like 3:50
5:00 assuming everything is rounded down.
I did 10x400 with 75 rest (200 jog) in 73/75/75/75/74/74/73/73/73/71 and ran 4:41 a fee days later last week in a solo TT. I am going to say 4:53 solo and 4:48 if pushed.

Did 12x4 in 72 off of 1:00 standing. Ran 16:15 for 5k a month later. Mile in 4:40 a month after that.

You need to do workouts of 1Ks with 200 jog to have a reasonable 5k predictor. 500s or 600s are a much better mile predictor. 400s are just too short because you never get to the aerobic tired zone.
