Seriously though, my guess is even more diverse. I truly believe that we are slowly inching toward a day where the majority of people are a very light beige. Also, a lot more women in power positions.

What I read (one source) said that both parties voting percentages are pathetic.
But, with the way precincts are overcowded and far away for many minorities, primarily one-day-only without inconvenience, and other factors make the majority of voters elderly white people.
This is not my opinion one way or the other, but that of the think tank that put out the article. Just things to think about when a changing world is the topic.

More diverse doesn't mean more "liberal." Black Americans are predominantly southern: religious and traditional. Latinos are overwhelmingly catholic: religious and traditional. A third of Latinos even voted for Trump, and most white liberals still can't understand why.
It's hard to say. With the far-right lunatics this place will be a disaster. On the other hand, if the looney left get into power we will be doomed. This leaves the majority of Americans that are in the middle politically speaking totally F'ed.
