Next woman might be Haven Hailu Desse in her debut. Born 98. Second in a half in Zwollen in June in 69.57
Seventh to finish could be Robert Kipkemboi, 31yo and ranked 132. Fifth in Seoul last March in 2.07.09. Previous best was 2.09.24
Seventh lady may be Fantu Eticha Jimma, 32yo and ranked 108. Won last April in Wuhan in 2.28.25 then sixth in Shanghai in November in 2.32.15. When third in Lanzhou in June in 2.30.49 was only 27 sec behind 37th ranked Workenesh Edesa. PB set in the astoundingly deep 2015 Dubai event, 14th in 2.26.14. Was third in Xiamen in 2016 in 2.26.53.
Next to cross the line might be Vincent Rono, 29yo and ranked 57. PB is from Rotterdam last April, fifth in 2.07.10. Then in October was third in Ljubljana in 2.08.06. In 2018 completed Eindhoven in 2.07.50.

Amane Beriso, if back near her best, wins: no question. When she made her debut in Dubai 2016 and was second in 2.20.48; at that time she was the fifth fastest debutant ever.
Beriso is 28yo and ranked 192 from her disappointing 2018 6th in Toronto in 2.28.56. That 15 months ago was her last recorded result. Has another impressive result in her kit bag with a second behind current top tenner Jemeli in Prague in 2017 in 2.22.15.
I believe I have worked out that the start is 95 min away. Hoping she is pushed to going back under 2.22. We will see.

Last year’s winner could be fourth this year. Cosmas Lagat is 29yo and ranked 97. His time here last jan was 2.09.15, 1.01 off his PB set in Seville with what was then a CR in 2016.
Even with local knowledge, he is little or no chance of winning back to back. It only needs one of my top three to get within two min of their best to lock him out. Or even Wolde could improve again.
10k split 33.38, pack of 8 with two others just 6 sec back
So, 13 days to go?
