There is no reason why women cannot be as good as men in those sports as well as chess. Its more of a society thing that they are not given a chance to compete with the men, that's all.
The available evidence doesn't support your view. In particular, opportunities for girls and women to compete against both strong male and female chessplayers are at least as great as they are for boys and men, and among players of similar abilities, the financial opportunities are far greater for women. And though I know much less about competitive pool and its variants, I've read a fair amount on the disparities in ability among top male and female pool players, and I'd be very surprised if those disparities are adequately accounted for by differences in competitive opportunities.
