I have been looking at Joe's Mid Distance guide XC training, but what if you wanted to run your "best" in Xc season no caring as much about track. You want to leave it all on the Xc season. How would training differ?

Do you have an online version of this training?
Joe's premise in the outline is for track, but I can't imagine it would change all that much for the fall aside from shifting the emphasis from one to two peaks per season. There's an online version at my site: http://wls3.com/running.com The downloadable version isn't very good. Just cut and paste the formatted version in the php page. If I get a chance, I'll reformat the other one, but it's probably not going to happen right away. Guess that happens with a 19 month old and a wife due in 2 weeks and you try to run a website that needs lots of constant attention...the online baby gets neglected.
