Is that a good idea? Best known source of iron when you account for absorbtion. Bernard "Fountain of Youth" Lagat is known to eat steak in days leading up to race.

Don’t forget the carbs!
Eating red meet as some sort of PED is a zero sum game.
Hey, Jamin, speaking of.... whatever you were speaking of, have you tried that new Cafe/bar/lounge over in your neighborhood, Armistice Coffee Roasters ? On Roosevelt, west side of the street. Thinking of trying it out.

Nah, man. My haunts are Wayward Cafe (also on Roosevelt) which is nerdy cafe open till midnight or U Village Starbucks open till 2 a.m.
Cool. Been to the starbucks at the UVillage, but i like more neighborhood places, with local charm. I like Herkimer Coffee. Or maybe Peet's on Greenlake.
That Armistice looks really nice and upscale from the outside, and was thinking of trying it for their brews, but nobody is in there.
Will try Waywards's. That area is really getting crowded.

oh, wait, did i hear something about a stress fracture?
Jamin I like it more when you interact with people once you post. I don't know why you don't do that more often. You post something and then bounce like you're too coo for schoo.

I agree. It comes across as just trolling or not really interested.

In the Roosevelt area I like the Atlantic Crossing and in east Ballard/Phinney Ridge I like Molly Maguires.

Good to know. I will check them out. For a pub, I really like Cafe Arta & Pub at Third Place.
Cheers.

I go to Atlantic Crossing sometimes, but only because it's quite literally beneath where I live. I don't understand why many people like that place. It's dark and the smell reminds me of a fraternity basement.

I hear it's a great idea if you don't care about your long term health.
Good luck today! I hope you do well Jamin!
red meat is great for your iron levels but is a weight gain food. Lagat can afford to eat that many calories and needs the iron from his hard training. Be honest with yourself if you do. if you prefer vegetarian options just have some vitamin C with your iron.
