How would you rate the places to train post-collegiately?
Think about specific event areas and try not to pick best college programs exclusively.
1500, Michigan and Warhurst. If you're a stud, it's the place to go. Willis, Sully, Brannen, Americans though? If you can survive with these guys, you'll run fast.
STEEPLE, Gary and Hislop. I would put McDonnell ahead, but he has the fastest flat runner in Lincoln, so not sure he is really a specific steeple coach. Ohio State had three guys in the finals at USA's with one of them being the coach (pretty good training partner). Add Rob Myers training there and it's a nice group. Hislop hasn't had much lately, but has dominated in the past. His "program" is absolutely proven, just hasn't had the talent to showcase it recently.
5000, Touch to decide because we're so spread out. I would say anywhere that more than one of our best actually end up. Everyone is on their own (Teg/Solinsky/Bairu - but college schedule, Broe, Dobson, Torress with brother and Ritz, Goucher and Galen (college), Hall, etc. A strong event, but would be even better if they would get together.
10,000, Only two A standards. This will be decided after the Stanford meet each year. If you get the stadard, you're set.
