Ahhhhh, the 'Ric. One thing I can tell you about running in Billerica is that you don't want to do it. You will be constantly taunted and have things thrown at you. What part of town will you be moving to? Pinehurst is the worst. North Billerica is bad as well. If you're going to be in the Southwest part (near Bedford), you're in luck.
Bedford is awesome to run in. They say that the minuteman trail (Bedford to Cambridge) begins in bedford, but that is only the paved portion. There'a a good 2 mile section of unpaved trail that used to be the old railroad bed. It starts right off of Concord Road, and leads directly into the paved trail. The trail is usually packed with bikes on nice days, plus it is paved with only small sections of grass beside it at some points. The towns of Bedford, Concord, Lexington etc are also very nice to run around. It's worth it to drive for a few minutes for a much more quality running experience.
