Hey Dojo,
How about taking care of all the antisemitic nonsense on the Epstein thread?
Probably just delete my post and claim he didn't know anything about it...
What? I'm not reading a thread about an accused pedophile. My parents are in town visiting their 1 year old grandson. If you need to reach me, call 844-LETSRUN.
Before this thread gets derailed about moderation.
Any dark horses in the steeple?
I like barraza if he can hold his form in the last lap
Day one of Decathlon: Zach Zeimek DNF. Solomon Simmonds holding first place with 4281, Filip behind him in 4251 and Bastien in 3rd with 4226. If they all have decent days tomorrow they should be in it for podium spots but they all don't have the standard. Whole field has to push each other to get the standard.

So I'm supposed to think it's fantastic that she qualified for the semis of USAs with the 9th fastest time of the day?
Yeah, all people capable of making the semis at USAs should go pro early.
Bor, Goodman, Mann, Tonui, Updike big Qs from heat one of men's steeple
Seeing as it's sponsored by Michelob, the steeple ought to at least have the water jump filled with beer.
#1 tough break in the women's 1500 -- some good athletes went down. The DQ was unfortunate. Think she definitely had more than Osika but got boxed in. It was the right call tho. Would have been good if they somehow let them both through. I would have been mad if I were Osika. There was no room to pass.
#2 good to see David Goodman through in the steeple. I remember him running for the NE Distance Project. He always seemed to be just trying to get into US Championships years back and now he is into the final. Not sure if he's made a US final before but it can't be too many. Always seemed like a good guy.
#3 Rojo -- it doesn't matter where you place in heats. Each race is different. Times are irrelevant. You treated her like trash. She got through. People criticized all of you, and, to no surprise, you seemed to have learned very little from it. Ya'll always double down on your mistakes. & most of your mistakes are small. You could just show a touch of humility, apologize once and a while, and this place would be better off for it + there would be no post telling you to shove it.

Working for me without an account. Try refreshing the page a few times.
Or maybe this.

Osika was already flailing and fading badly. She took a whack but was not impeded. BS call.
Knock on Eugene all you want but they would have a lot more butts in the seats. What I’m seeing on TV is pathetic. If you take away the executives and USATF sponsors in those white tents - it looks like 750 people in the stands.
Weren’t Myles Marshall and Bailey Roth supposed to be the future of the their events for America? After killing it in high school, Marshall was untouchable every year at Heps but BOMBED out at NCAAs every year, and Roth only won one Pac-12 title.
Marshall 1:51 nonfactor in the 800 today and Roth 9:10 DFL after falling apart on the final three laps.
Emma Coburn to miss Olympic Trials after breaking ankle in Suzhou

VALBY has graduated (w/ honors) from Florida, will she go to grad school??
Congrats to Kyle Merber - Merber has left Citius for position w/ Michael Johnson's track league
