So over the past month I have had increasing pain on the bottom of my heel when I get up, but it goes away as I get moving. Today was a different story, as it has been sore all day. Being familiar plantar fasciitis I know what I am dealing with, but I am curious what I can get away with, for instance tomorrow I have a hard fartlek session planned, but I don't want to make this injury worse, so I am thinking of bagging that workout and just running a long run, matter of fact I might run easy till the weekend.The pain was exacerbated by doing a hard hill session of 6x a 275 meter hill at mile race pace effort yesterday, where I was really moving towards the 2nd half of the session. So what can and can't you get away with when you have this injury?
