I read the great book of Peter Coe and I hit upon Seb Coe's periodizaton table where in pre-competition Seb did 4-5 aerobic conditioning runs, 5 lactate threshold runs, 3 aerobic capacity runs, 2 anaerobic capacity runs PER WEEK in total 70-75 miles. Is it possible to run 14-15 runs per week? I tried to find out any sample of such a week but I could not find it
