Today 1:22xx half off 30-35 miles per week. Im thinking 50 MPW for 12 weeks with some 18-20mile runs should do it. Im back running now a little over a year was in 1:32 half shape last August. Never run a marathon. Is this reasonable?

Yes. Do two big workouts a week, rest very easy, short recovery runs just to get your weekly mileage. Important - 1-2 easy weeks before the competition.
3h marathon is a walk in the park for a 1:22 half guy with your talent. There are people that are so untalented that they already need 60 or even more mpw for just a 1:22 half. That half is already worth a 2:5x marathon, with increasing your by over 50% you will crush that 3h goal.

correct. though with 30-35mpw, your conversion to the marathon will be poor, and sub 3 might not happen. with 50mpw, you should make it even if conditions are not perfect.
