Put it this way. You have to run 7.6% faster. Not an easy feat.
Just keep doing what you're doing and listen to your coach (and your body). You are on a good path right now, I don't know if you'll break 4:20 this year but I think you've got a great shot at 4:25 this year and sub-4:20 next year.
Sorry... I forgot the password to my other account. Training has been good though! For indoor I only ran one race and did a 4:35 mile. This time would have been faster, but the meet coordinator lined me (and others) on the wrong line (so we ended up running an extra ~9 meters) it's a long story as to how the mistake was made... Nevertheless, that a little while ago and I think I am more in the sub 4:30 range now. Thanks for the help!
