Okay, so here's the deal. The Nike Vaporfly shoe costs $250 and lasts 200 miles. That means it costs $1.25 per mile. A 5K race costs $30. That means it's $10 per mile. The Chicago Marathon is $230. That makes it $9 per mile. Anyone who says the Vaporflys are expensive has FAILED basic math.
100% pricier for 4% improvement...that is some Nike math right there.
I can by a decent pair of bike tire’s for $60 and get 3000 mile’s out of them. You’re vapor flys sound expensive af too me

But you can buy many other racing flats for easily $100 less than the 4%s.
You can get the adidas adios 3 for only 70$ right now. Let’s say it also gets 200 miles of use that’s only 35 cents per mile, almost a full dollar cheaper per mile.

That just proves that all racing flats are cheap. Vaporflys are slightly less cheap but they are not expensive. This is BASIC math.

I guess I wasn’t disagreeing about the price of the vapor flys but just pointing out that they cost much more than the other available options.
