What a tool. The fact that you only managed to get down to a mediocre 16 minutes after several years of 100mpw+ strongly suggests you didn't do your 19 minutes (ten years younger than me) after a few weeks training. I'm 47 now, carrying about 30 lbs of extra muscle that I don't intend to lose, but I'm pretty sure that if spent several years running 100mpw I would get down to a far better age graded time at 50 than you achieved in your 30s.
PS : when somebody posts a news article from Spain, remember to check whether it is in Catalan before you put it through Google translate and then pretend to be fluent in Spanish.
