Hi
I started summer training for about three weeks, and during the second week the area between my heel and ball of my left foot started to hurt. It got worse for a few days and then started to get better. I had to take 5 days off after I got my wisdom teeth out and ran again for the first time today. I thought that the time off would make my foot better, but it started to hurt during the second half of my run today. I've been trying to stretch my foot and have been rolling a golf ball under it (suggested by a friend) but don't really know what else to do. I would really appreciate any ideas from people who have had experience with plantar fasciitis. The pain isn't that bad--so I don't think I have full blown plantar fasciitis yet, but I'm getting worried that it isn't going away.
Help me please.
