Ok...right now I am getting back from and injury so I will be running every other day for 6 weeks. On the days I don't run I usually do about 70 mins on the elliptical, plus sit ups, etc. This is probably my daily diet.
Breakfast: cereal w/ milk , oj
Lunch: promax bar, banana, crackers, juice
dinner: spaghetti or potato,turkey sandwich..one of them or something else ...usually somethin different every night
dessert: frozen yogurt w/ reeses or some topping
Take into account that I am 4 ft 11 and 90 lbs.
