Hi, both my parents are Ethiopians and I have been considering going on an all Ethiopian diet. I would probably be substituting injera for rice and quinoa. Any opinions on if this would be positive or negative for running, thanks.

I have no objection to it. As it would be a whole food plant based diet, which is how you should eat anyways.

It would do neither. If you want to run fast focus on training. You're never going to eat your way to fast times.
