First off, this definitely does work within reason. EC stack probably gives a 5-10% boost in metabolism, which is as noticeable as it sounds. You're quite amped up, HR is noticeably higher, and you tend to run hotter. Intense endurance exercise or anything in the heat is generally considered at least a little risky as a result.
It does an excellent job blunting hunger initially and obviously gives a large energy boost. If you're a high responder to stims, be careful if you try this. It's strong enough to be overwhelming. It's also not "proven" safe. Works for a lot of people, but there is some risk to EC stack, particularly if you have any heart issues. I *think* it's also illegal in the doping sense, if that's an issue for you and you race competitively. You'd want to double check that.
Standard here would be 3x a day 200mg caffeine + one bronkaid tablet. Aspirin is debated whether or not it is needed.
