All this bike bashing lead me to think that I'm not biking enough to stay in shape while nursing my injury. I bike about 60-70 min at what I assume to be 4 minute pace, with a few hour and a half to two hour rides thrown in there. I keep my heart rate at what it would be on easy runs and higher, which is pretty hard for more than an hour. Can anyone give me any tips? I know some of you have biked while being injured. I need to keep my aerobic capacity at a decent level since I'm missing a good chunk of base training.
