I did a work out of mile repeats x4 and they were all 5:40-5:50 pace and then 2 days later did a 5 mile tempo at 6:20 pace. What would you guys predict my 5k race time would be?

The tempo is useless as a prediction, because we dont know how hard you were going.
The mile repeats are also useless, because you didnt mention how long the rest was and if you felt all out.

Completely wrong. OP, I'm in about the same shape as you. Aim for 16:30
Somewhere between 17:00 for 3 miles to 18:30 for 5K
