Now that Nike Free has been out on the market for a while now, I have a question.
I train in flats and have never owned a pair of Nike Free.
Are flats still better then running in Nike Free or is there not that much difference oris one better over the other.
Or should I just buy a pair and figure it out for myself since every damn runner is different.
I read a magezine article that said the Nike Free is the same as running barefoot. And that barefoot running and very good for you, which we should know.
So any input would be helpful.
