I used to run D1 college.
I had a 3:32 mile, (calculated based on a 400M race, I felt really good so I could probably hold it for a mile)
1:36 800 (Relay split of course)
41.xx 400 (ran during repeats)
and a 19:59 8k.
I never did long jump, but when I was in elementary and the road was hot during the summer, I would effortlessly jump from one side of the road to the other to avoid burning my feet.
If you cant run under 4:00 for the mile, you shouldn't be in college. And that's the truth. All these:
"My pR iS 4:09 in ThE MiLe iS thAt goOd?"
Why don't you ask all of your JV peers and stop begging for validation.
On my D1 team we had a guy that ran a 1:46 800M have the audacity to try out for the team, he literally got cut half way through the first practice because he was failing to hit the 200m repeats in under 21 seconds. WHAT A JOKE!
I can literally bench press 458.6 pounds 10 times in a row, that's even more than you eat in a day, you fat lard.
