Run every day twice a day. Easy days easy. Only run hard workouts when totally fresh and recovered. Hard days hard. Do hills. Intervals on the track 200s, 300s, 400s... do regular calisthenics and plyometrics for your leg strength and to help prevent injury.
Just focus on improving your aerobic development, you're too young to specialize.
