He must be saying something right if he snagged a former athlete away from another kid on his team, married and had several kids with her.
Everyone has shown there hand by now. Give me team and individual predictions. How many we get and who goes as an individual to the big dance.
No bids.

False.
A single bid, given to Utica's D team that manages to steal the show and put 3 of their guys ahead the O'Connors at Regionals.
1.Geneseo
2.RPI
3.RIT
4.Oneonta
4 Bids

Midwest-5 teams (6 and 7 lost to RIT)
New England- 5 teams (could get 6 but #6/#7 haven’t beat anyone all year)
Great Lakes- 4-5 teams (case western depends on head to head next week vs NYU, Emory, Rochester)
Atlantic- 5 teams (RPI, Geneseo, Oneonta, St Law, RIT- NYU could make a case with win over Emory/case)
Mideast- 4
Central- 4
South- 2-3 (Depends on head to head vs case and NYU)
West- 2-3 (depends if Santa Cruz is 2nd or 3rd)
If 5 teams the individuals will be Phinney-Rochester, Henry-Rowan, Kuehn-Brockport, Tuohy-Ramapo, Wright-Hamilton, Russo-Rowan, van demoretel- Cobleskill (NYU guys, Hamilton #2, singer-Ithaca should be other contenders).
No at large bids.
As it usually does, the bids the region gets will come down to what NYU does at their conference meet. H2H wins over Case & Emory will ensure the region gets 2 at-large bids. Case and Emory are both inside the top 32 right now.
It's now not a false statement to say RIT is....trash.

Individual to watch for: Freshman Dillon VanDemortel from Suny-Cobleskill. Current PR of 25:50 for 8k but he hasn't run in any big meets. Finished with Middleburry's top 5 earlier this season (Middlebury won the meet easily) who is ranked 12th in the country, 2nd in NE. Has won most of his meets very easily. Considering his high school times were not at all indicative of sub 26 (Pr 16:26 with most races around 17 flat ), it seems he is a late bloomer and may yet have much more potential.
I'm predicting he will crack the top 15 at regionals and go to nationals as an individual this year, and he'll be running 24's next fall.
Thanks for checking in Dillon

WAR
WIN THE RANKINGS
Oh the sweet smell of rankings and previews-previews and rankings
Who will get the victories and who will get the spankings
It's that time of year when everyone has a shot
However, some think they do, but it's probably just the pot
The hard off season grind is almost done
Did ya set yourself up boy? The Gum(b)m is talking to YOU son
Are ya sitting there wishing you had put in the work?
I hope ya did or say goodbye to that smirk!
It's too late now, I wish you well
Confidence is earned son, it's not something you can buy or sell
In this sport only hard work results in wins
Lack thereof results in... whoopings and sins
If you put in the time The Gumm wishes you luck
If you didn't... well that's on you, young buck
War.
^^^ You're more annoying than yactrack

let's be real, with the older one having mono it's Geneseo all day anyway baby!
(also all night)
Is there gonna be anyone in the top 10 at SUNYACs other than Geneseo or Oneonta? Looks like it's basically a dual meet for those guys. I could see Oneonta pulling an upset if McAneny, Tate, and Holtzman don't go 123 for Geneseo, and their 4 or 5 have tough days. But that's not likely to happen.
Geneseo>Oneonta by 15 points
Liberty Leauge- RPI is gonna poop on everyone, SLU 2nd, Ithaca>RIT (who is trash)
NJAC- Who cares, the NJ teams in this region are garbage.
