If we suck so much lets just run faster ok?

My issue with the course was less so the mud pits (I can appreciate a bit of mud in xc), but moreso that 50% of the course was on a lateral downslope. If you have any preexisting hip imbalances, they will be severely aggravated by the course
Didn't even think of that. My dislike came more from the all the parts you repeat/the multi-directional splits. I miss the days of highschool XC where you could run a 5k that was all a different part of the course every week.

All the parts you repeat? It is a one and a half loop course. Every other course that regionals (and NCAAs) has been run on in the past 10 years repeats the same or more. Rochester was a 4 loop where people were getting lapped. Not many one loop 8k courses (or 5k, would love to know where you a ran HS that had all these one loop 5ks)
I was going to argue with you because I thought Letchworth was different but I just checked and it overlaps more than I remember, was it changed? I agree with you, most of the courses have lots of overlap-which is why I dislike them. The Rochester loop is pretty rough if the race has a big spread in times. Unfortunately I think an 8k is just too long to avoid this. I miss courses like the Bowdoin Park that felt fresh the whole time.
As a side-note, I know Bowdoin overlaps as well-it just felt different because it was in a different direction. I guess a more accurate complaint for Rowan is that you repeat stretches-I think it's tiring.
I also think all of the (south) NJ courses just suck in general.
read this is you miss the regional championship course from two years ago
The other Rowan one? Not really. I haven't liked any of them.

I do miss the days of setting new 7.8k PRs
I felt great that day, probably would've had an 8k PR. Now I'll never know.
Mark my words, Utica gonna be championship

Geneseo will not beat RPI. There is no way that will happen with the two O'Connor low sticks. RPI may put 5-7 in front of Geneseo's third runner. RPI is at another level this year. Geneseo's battle is with SLU, Brockport, and Oneonta. Geneseo perhaps could beat Carnegie Mellon or Hopkins, but they will have their hands full with SLU, and other SUNYs.
Lol
Impressive that Geneseo pulled off 2nd place over RPI today, but I think the more suprising thing is that I still feel that Geneseo isn't a very good team this year. The region is just that bad... Also something is seriously wrong with Grant. Any insight from the RPI kids that have clearly been posting here all season?
Probably from running a ridiculously amount of 90 mile weeks in a row since he was 18..

He was asking how he got bad, not what makes you get better... Also 90 isn't that high, man.
It’s very high when you do it for like 15 weeks in a row
RIT takes the gamble and goes to Pre-Nats to try to get some street credit. They flop. Kingstedt is the only one who has a good day and Fiegel is injured and out for the season. This helps Ithaca's chances on getting to Nationals by a good margain.

Well done, sir.

LOL Ithaca??? They will end the season unranked.
RPI and Geneseo are the only decent teams in the region. SLU is ok.
Brockport will move into the top 3-4 by the end of the season and make nationals at large.. RIT is trash, Rowan is garbage, NYU ha. The fact that Oneonta and Vassar are even ranked is a joke.
Meant to Quote this by the way
