I’ve been sort of injured for 9 months. I’ve taken a few weeks off during that time, but mostly been running 15-30 miles per week (usually at 60-70). I’m currently healthy enough to start training again, although I’m not going to be able to run higher than 60 this year.
I’ve run 4:06, 8:40, 15:10, for 1500, 3000, 5000. I’m currently in something around 4:12, 9:00, 15:45 shape. Assuming I can stay healthy and get good training under my belt, can I PR by the end of the spring season?
