Has anyone experienced differences in performance between the treadmill and the track?
When I run on a treadmill I’m way faster and can hold fast paces. But then if I run outside whether on a track or a road it feels different. My times are way slower. And it’s not the treadmill calibration because I’ve run on a lot of them, and it’s more than the air resistance. Is there something different in the mechanics of a treadmill and running outside?

I don't know how any one can feel good on threadmill's compared to track. I sweet like a bucket on a threadmill and it is horrible. Evan at easy passes. I'm afraid of gone more then 10 miles an hour to in case I fall of. Hard to imagine going at track speed pace. It's crazy, you will break your neck. For some reason to, going over 10 miles hour feels like sprinting on threadmills. I feel so useless afterwards. I aswell literally find it hard trying to run and press buttons at the same time. On the track you don't worry because you can accelerate and accelerate back to any speed almost instantly but it's a nightmare trying to do it on threadmill, especially when literally your gone fast and hard, your tired so it is hard to concentrate in pressing a button so many times just to change your speeds.
