Some people are crazy, jacked up on meth, spice, etc. or just plain looking for trouble.
Stay in your vehicle, drive evasively and if you can drive to a police station, highway patrol office, or similar.

Not true. If the highway patrol has a unit nearby they'll stop a vehicle - a driver like that is almost always breaking some law. And if multiple people call in reports of a crazy driver they'll go looking. Doing nothing ensures nothing gets done.

At 165 pounds, I’ve had to learn to try not to react. Even if they don’t have a gun, I’m seriously outweighed by most guys. I’d be likely to get my scrawny behind kicked badly.
If you live in America and don't have a gun, you are merely accepting your role as a victim.

Having a gun is a great way to become a victim.
I am for guns, but if he pulls a gun on that crazy guy, he just started his own road rage. Drive off ,be safe , live another day or be the top story on the 10pm news.
1. There are some nuts on the road... just steer clear.
2. However, I'd guess half to three-quarters of road rage is incited by the "victim" doing something utterly stupid.
Do NOT do any of the following and your chances of being road raged by some nut will go down substantially.
Go well under the speed limit
Go slow in the left lane
Tailgate
Run stop signs/lights
Weave like a maniac
Decide to exit from the fast lane 100 feet prior to the ramp
Remain half in the travel lane while using a center turn lane (Grrrrrrr!)
Fail to turn right on red when legal and safe to do so
Delay others while trying an impossible left across traffic from a side road
Make improper u-turn while blocking travel lane
Gridlock an intersection
Thanks,
Everyone

You may want it to work that way, but that’s not how it works in reality. You can make all the calls you want but nothing will get done unless an actual verifiable law was broken (eg collision, physical altercation, firearm brandishing).
There is literally nothing a cop can do.

Yea, you are absolutely wrong. My best friend from high school is a state highway patrolman lieutenant, and I've spent plenty of time chatting with him and his buddies. I also ride motorcycles with a lot of LEOs. What do you think they spend their time doing on patrol? It's not the highest priority, but they'll respond to dangerous drivers if they are close or several people call.
But insist on whatever you want. You seem like a passive doormat.
I was a passenger in the car with a coworker awhile back and she did something to get another driver upset. The driver rolled down the window and proceeded to yell something at her. My worker just did this thing (making hand motions to her ear like she couldn’t hear what the other person was saying) where she pretended to have a hearing problem or couldn’t hear what the other driver was yelling,
usually too busy texting to notice that kind of stuff. Good for you for paying attention, though.

There's the key fact right there - you weren't on your own, at which time your p*ssy-like behaviour may have been, through some sad form of mental gymnastic, been self-justified. Instead you were subjected - and bent over to accept - your emasculation in company, which makes the humiliation total.
Forget all the "oh well done sport, you did the right thing" platitudes - the fact is that this was one of those moments in life when one is challenged to stand up and be a man. To lose you could accept but to just surrender...

165 isn't scrawny at all if you are not fat.

So he proceeded to fly past me on to the interstate. I let him go, but that wasn't enough for him, he proceeded to try to try to get me to, play cat and mouse with him. It could have because a very dangerous situation, as his car were slowing down on the interstate to 15 miles per hour. When I went by on the exit, he flashed all types of nasty signs at me. He was mad, that I would not engage with with him.
So in your original post you can not see because the car had tinted windows - then you could see the drive gesticulate all types of nasty signs at you .
Ok

Also , what was is it a truck or a car ?
With the tinted windows , how'd you know it was a male driver ?
You must have spent a dangerous amount of time trying to glare through their windows to identify them .
3/10 for the bites
Act crazier than him. Get out of the car and motion for him to join you. If he's dumb enough to do it, beat him to the curb.
