Stopped watching as soon as you focused only on Kate Upton's foot strike.
Luke Wilson has the best.
I'll echo the votes for Seagal for the worst.
There was an episode of house of lies where I remember thinking don cheadle looked pretty smooth. I couldn't find the clip to double check but it was season 2 ep 7. Was watching x files the other day (the old one) and agent mulder went for a jog. His form was terrible lol.

Dennis Weaver was literally the best running form actor in a movie. He was a great runner and actor to. Duel was a high light. I wonder what Bekele's wife is like at running. She is a famous Ethiophian actor married to the world's best runner now. She must be able to run really well in films.
Good stuff, you must be a coach, OP.
As for Dennis Weaver, he was a 1948 Olympic trials finalist in the decathlon.

Not true on Stephen Sagal. I wish I could run that erect.
It's just his arms that make him look horrible...the rest of his running form is not particularly noteworthy.

The comment "this just looks terrible" was gold. Well done, OP.
I couldn't open Video 2. Was Matt Damon discussed? OP could have fun with this clip:

Finally got around to watching these, pretty good and funny. Liked some of the touches at the end.
I'll give this a solid 87%.
Reason being, you are a bit off in your own analysis of what you deem correct. For instance, you said you weren't impressed because one of the actresses in your first video was crossing centerline with her hands. However, when you account for the axial rotation of the spine that is required to run well, or run at all for that matter, she actually isn't crossing the centerline. Instead, you are looking at her from what seems to be straight on, but due to the axial rotation you are viewing her from the side.
Additionally, whoever that actress was with the pinkish hair running in baggy pants that you said had a torso leaning back, well, she wasn't actually leaning back at all.
Didn't watch all of them, but honestly overall really good. You're just a little young and still have a few things to learn.
