Now that’s a solid female hire, not like many of the others. Good job Toledo!

lol enjoy the Big South buddy. By the way, the previous poster who used my handle was not me...I would never apologize for disrespecting the douche bags who consistently complain about this profession on this thread yet stay in it...
Is this some kind of joke? How many of you want to keep using my handle... I don’t care who complains about what I just want to hear about the jobs...
You retards do realize you're all on here arguing over jobs that typically pay $35-40k (at best...after a number of years of working for free or close to it) to give up a personal life, any choice in where you live & never be able to retire from a sport that may not even exist by the time you're retirement age, to work for people who essentially view you as a low-grade baby sitter...right? #weareallshadowlurker

You sound like the only person bitter and arguing, and using my handle to do so. Can you get your own handle or stay off the thread please... coaching isn’t a perfect career but if we have a passion for it you don’t care about the money.

NAU never bothered to put out a release, but as long rumored here, former Washington assistant coach Jason Schutz is now at Northern Arizona https://nauathletics.com/coaches.aspx?rc=323&path=track
No jumps coach at NAU yet?

Sounds romantic at 25, but get back to me at 35 when you're still living with a bunch of roommates who are 25. And 45 when you are marrying a former athlete because no one else stuck around for you. And at 55 when they're divorcing you for still never being around and still broke. Also, don't expect the people you work for to respect you anymore by then when you're hanging out at the local college dive bar in the middle of no where by yourself. And...#weareallshadowlurker

Most of the coaches I know either married in their 20s or they're happy.
Looks like there are no more meaningful coaching position discussions at this point....
RIP 2018 College Track & Field Open Coaching Positions Discussion Thread see you all on 2019 2019 College Track & Field Open Coaching Positions Discussion Thread
Or they’re happy? Is that code for “they are gay?”
Ball got the Towson gig after building this throws group up. Sounds like they're still looking for his replacement.
