How crummy is it working at SJSU if Petersmeyer would rather be an assistant somewhere else than the head coach?

What about the throws coach at Towson, seems to be doing a pretty good job there? Why isn't he mentioned for one of these jobs?
There are alot if good coaches out there that aren't self promoters. So you will never hear their names. But they will also never get the key jobs. Sad round about way this business is run.
Reminds me of what a very prominent coach told me when I was considering taking a job for 13k get get started. His reply was, "Yes, but promise me one thing. No matter what happens, you'll leave after one year."
His theory was the program didn't value the position enough and that it would take 10 years to make it a decent job money wise and also he strongly believed in moving all the time when you are young, have a little success, jump ship and make that resume look good.

Here's a name no one is mentioning for Purdue Throws. Head Coach at Western Carolina is a throws coach. He is young and very good. By far the best coach in the SlowCon (SoCon).
Cale, stop posting about yourself. No one cares.

So San Jose State needs a Head Coach. Tough sell as the cost of living is ridiculous. 1500sf house in an average neighborhood is 1.3 million.
Never knew any of these people or places existed.
Nope. Raske was put on suspension and asked to resign. A lot of things piled up over the last 3 years and Kill cleaned house.

Seems desperate
Is it possible for someone here to post a scorecard for the Texas, Kentucky, Washington, Oregon coach re-staffing? It boggles the mind. Forget applying for these positions (they contact the candidates they want), it's just fascinating track and field strategy/ shake up.
This is a great pick by the Longhorns!

Pat McGregor turned this position down?
This is what happens when everyone turns you down. Very sad day for women’s distance at Texas.
