No. Average incomes for primary care are 230 or so. It includes all ages. Newish attendings tend to make less; perhaps you are referring to them when you reference sub 200,000 income.
The AVERAGE doctor is more intelligent and more accomplished than the average PA. There is some overlap but bless your soul if you can't see that the highest achieving people do medicine over mid-level provider degrees.
That PA makes 300k working 80 he's a week but the AVERAGE PA makes about 110k for a full time job per official data. Heck I know some PCP's making 300k. Doesn't mean it's the average.
