I've never run a marathon before, but I've run a 4:30 mile, and ran a 1:22 half marathon the week after that(average of 30mpw for month before hm). I'm quite out of shape right now, and would probably run about 19:00 for 5k. 5 months from now, what kind of marathon shape could I be in? 2:50? 2:45? 2:40?
