There is a little problem caused by Mike's recent public difficulties and the marketing department.

HarveyW was suppose to work up the business plan but got detoured by some unpleasantness himself so the product may be delayed.

Can someone explain this a bit more? Is this about some kind of tax on real estate? Why was Mike able to not pay it for many years?

Looks like he is currently delinquent on the compound (real property), the personal property is separate, might be some POS car or photo booths?
