Doing 10-12x800s today and its boiling hot out. What is the best way to do this? Also note Im not using a track because I have no transportation at the moment to get to one. What would you do? Its 91 degrees out with high humidity.

Didn't read your post but you need to SLOW DOWN!!!!!!!!
try to find a shaded path & be sure you're hydrated before
Wait until the sign is down or nearly down. Will help a lot even if the temperature is still relatively high
