Hot and cold are all relative, as*hole. If it's been in the 60's and suddenly jumps up into the 80's, then yeah, his body is going to react a little differently. OP, sad to say there are no 'heat conversions' so there really is no way to predict what you could have run. If you still haven't met your goal by the end of your season, you could always continue your training into the summer and try and pick up a race then when you're more adjusted to the heat.
