For me, a 5 mile run I thought was pretty good, by the time I do that I'm usually breathin so hard, drenched in sweat and my legs are pulsing in pain, have a hernia on left leg that bulges out.
Then I usually need the next day off to recover from this because it took so much outta me and my leg will still hurt a bit and will be fatigued even though I eat pretty good.
You think I should start running everyday and say screw recover days? Or keep the recover days but try to run further instead?
