So right now my 1600 is at 4:58 and my 800 is at 2:10. In 1 year I want to be running a 4:30-4:35 1600 and 2:00-2:02 800. I have been running track since 8th grade and I'm in 10th grade now. Is there any workouts I could do to go to those times?
