It's fun! It's just entertainment, like following a soap opera.
This guy could make millions off the back of a totally faked "run" across America.
Stopping that is the right thing to do, and it was enormously entertaining watching Rob Young get caught.

https://gearjunkie.com/pete-kostelnick-run-across-america-recordIf Dave Reading and Darren Kavinoky want to keep all the critics quiet while they're touting their running prowess and trying to raise money, it's very simple.
Oh, and you actually need to RUN if you're RUNNING across America Darren!!!
He was scrutinised , you clown. Do some research instead of trolling a forum.
Kostelnick did it properly and was totally transparent with a tracker each day.
He didn't just rock up with some watch data and say he has the record, you clown.
Go and read about him, muppet.
He's a top runner, not some fat cheating lawyer sat in a RV all day scamming everyone.

Ha! No, he couldn't.

Oh the envy. To be enormously pleased by something so dull.

Yes he could. Over years, he could easily make millions as a public speaker, and if that's on the back of a totally faked run, when he's a CRAP runner, then that's wrong.
People watch soap operas and tv shows that i find dull, like Friends. If they find such a show exciting, that's up to them.
The Rob Young thread was hilarious, and it's obvious you never followed it so why comment?
Why comment on here AT ALL if t's all so boring?
UNLESS, you are one of his people. You typing your posts from the RV as it goes along at bike pace, cheating??

Im curious what motivates you to suggest these people should spend their time differently and stop caring about this?
i'm curious as to what motivates you to be interested in my motivation?

i get that
i admit that i am enjoying watching this all play out
it is also quite fun and entertaining to watch people get so worked up about it
especially as he keeps winning so bigly
he is like a machine
but what do you really care if he makes millions off of this?
how does that change your life?
it happens every day all day long
this is how the world works
it is mostly fake people doing fake things for fake reasons
darren is made for the age we live in
guys like him will continue to win
bigly
they may even become president of the united states

Yes many people lie and cheat and scam their way through life.
You can't stop them trying it on.
But that doesn't mean it's okay to just roll over and let them.
Letting any injustice just go unchallenged is no way to live.
He won't "win" if he's proved to be the cheat he is, and don't rule this out, after the way Rob Young was rumbled on here.
It's sad we live in an age where people think lying and scamming others is just fine and no-one must say a word.
So we all just give up and shrug and let fraudsters do whatever they like?
Maybe not all will be outed, but some will. With your attitude NONE will and the situation will just get worse.
Good lord, some of you are pathetic. Who cares if some tool rides his bike, slowly, not quite all the way across the US? Get a fucking life.

........then he should come clean and just admit that he is NOT running or biking his way across the US, but merely traveling. That way he wouldn't have to put on the charade of s l o w l y driving the RV at bicycle speed, and pretending to sweat, etc. etc.
People telling people they are 'pathetic' or saying they shouldnt care about something or should spend their time differently come off as self righteous pricks. Who are they, the master of the universe who decides what's good and worthy? Plus, here they are on letsrun (ripping on people), just like everyone else.

Agree with diet snapple, ignore all the scammers, cheats and crooks and next thing you know the scumbags are ruling the world.
Better go set up some highway speed cameras if you want to catch all those evil people.

Who thinks that Darren, Kyle, the RV driver, or another of his minions might be amongst us??
Feeling the heat are we?
Same IP pretending to be loads of different people agreeing with yourself is indeed pathetic!
"Not quite all the way"!! LOL. Try not AT ALL. He's doing none of this trip, the scamming prick.
Hey, it's not like some random LetsRunner tracked down this guy and started a thread about him. Darren has been coming on here for months bragging about what an amazing runner he is, and what a celebrity he is. He's basically challenging us to scrutinize him.

Why do you continue to say he is running when he has already admitted he suffered an injury and is riding a bike... RIDING A BIKE ACROSS AMERICA! What are all of you doing?? Sitting on this thread talking shit instead because you can't get out and do it yourself. He's been nothing but completely transparent about the setbacks along this journey.
Everyone on this thread that is questioning the validity of this journey is a moron. Faking the GPS, really? Get off your ass and computer, and go meet this guy. Quit talking shit on a blog and be real. If you're so passionate about showing this is fake, DO IT! The tracker is there for a reason.
I'm so tired of seeing ignorant people talk shit about a guy who is try to bring awareness to health and wellness by doing something real. What are you doing to help others make positive changes in their life?
Can we all just take a moment and honor the greatness of this post? Bravo, good sir!
