Nope, just an runner out of Woodhouse Eaves near Loughborough. My knee got crushed in a rugby accident and I was hoping to find some advice on here. Stumbled on this string and looked into it. Just struck me as odd that you cared about all this gibberish
So - just in case you really are Woody Woodhouse from loopy Loughborough, and not Darren, I shall explain.
This con man lawyer has scammed sponsors, gear, media attention, ie on tv shows, boasting a RUN across America, with the aim of becoming a hot shot public speaker on endurance running and writing a book on this scam.
He is faking the whole thing so he can create a career as a well paid speaker. It's all FAKE.
If you want to do a LEGIT run like this, you use a tracker, so people can FIND you and come and run with you. He refuses. And no data off a running watch either.
This was promoted as a RUN across America, yet 25 miles in he faked an injury and said he was now "self propelling" his way across, and began showing photos of a bike.
He's not even cycling.
He just takes photos and then drives to the next hotel or tv station, to bullshit more media idiots.
There is NO evidence he ran or cycled ONE MILE of this, and if you ask him where he will be tomorrow on Twitter, he just blocks you.
If you ask on Facebook, you just get an auto response saying they can't answer any questions.
So- instead of NOT reading a thread and posting you don''t understand what's going on, I suggest you DO read the thread in future.
